1616 Connally Terrace is an attractive home on a large lot with trees in Arlington. This home features a nice, large front porch and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a 1 car garage. The home has central heat and air. The home has been remodeled with a fresh paint, new carpet and new electric service.

The home is primarily for sale. If we can get you qualified to buy the home now, we would sell it to you now. That would be our preference. Most of the people we work with get approved to purchase the home with a fixed interest rate loan through a 3^rd party lender (such as an FHA or VA loan).

We are not looking just to rent the home, although we would consider renting for a short period of time, say 3 to 6 months, if you need some time to save some money or build some credit. We would consider renting for a short time, with a base monthly rental of $595, if we feel that we have a good, realistic strategy to help get you approved for a loan through a 3^rd party lender to purchase the home. We have left part of the exterior wood siding on the back and one end of the house to be painted. If you complete the painting, you can earn credit toward your down payment.
