The home is primarily for sale. If we can get you qualified to buy the home now, we would sell it to you now. That would be our preference. Most of the people we work with get approved to purchase the home with a fixed interest rate loan through a 3rd party lender (such as an FHA or VA loan).
We are not looking just to rent the home, although we would consider renting for a short period of time, say 3 to 6 months, if you need some time to save some money or build some credit. We would consider renting for a short time, with a base monthly rental of $600, if we feel that we have a good, realistic strategy to help get you approved for a loan through a 3rd party lender to purchase the home.
With regard to financial details such as monthly payment and down payment, we hate to give you an "it all depends" answer, but that really is correct and the only answer that we will be able to give you until we investigate the specific details of your individual situation.
Directions: To reach the home from LBJ Freeway, take the Garland Road Exit and go North on Garland Road. Turn right on Miller Road., cross Glenbrook and turn right on Evergreen.
